Edenton Manor, located in Denton, Maryland was constructed in 1989 and consisted of 30 one-bedroom rental units designed for the elderly, disabled and handicapped. The project was awarded tax credits in 1989 and is the only development in town which is designated specifically for elderly housing.

Cabell Corporation has worked closely with local government agencies to assist with placement of tenants and to coordinate services.

Riverview Gardens, located in Denton, Maryland, consists of 80 rental units. The complex was purchased by Interfaith Housing Development Corporation in April 2008, and completely renovated utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits and private financing.

The project contains 16 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, 6 three-bedroom, and 10 four-bedroom rental units. All apartments have Section 8 rent subsidies available and are subject to income and family size restrictions.

Cabell Corporation has managed the property since construction in the early 1980's and assisted in the ownership transition and renovation process. Units include all appliances, including washer and dryer, energy-efficient HVAC units, and selected units are Handicap Accessible.

The project has a community area fully equipped with computer stations and a tenant service coordinator on site to assist tenants with identifying and utilizing available community resources.
