IN 1989 HAS REMAINED A MAIN SOURCE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY
IN CECIL COUNTY. THE MANAGEMENT AGENT HAS WORKED CLOSELY WITH LOCAL
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PLACE TENANTS IN NEED OF ASSISTED HOUSING.
